Spread happiness and kindness as an Action for Happiness Volunteer!

Being an Action for Happiness Volunteer means pledging some of your time to help make the world a happier place. There are three different types of volunteer in our movement:

FACILITATOR: bringing people together

Facilitators lead courses and groups that give others the chance to experience deep and lasting change together.

CHAMPION: growing the movement

Champions share our resources with the people they are connected to in their homes, workplaces and communities.

SUPPORTER: helping others in the community

Supporters take care of others in the Action for Happiness movement by showing up in a helpful and positive way.
